This 1/2-day training is the foundation that sets the stage for gaining understanding and comprehension of the B.A.N.K. Personality Profiling System™ for Relationships.
This course teaches you a system for understanding the important people in your life and gives you the ultimate gift of communication tools you can use in the dating process, your marriage, parenting, friendships, the workplace, and all other significant relationships.
Basically, it teaches you to develop more empathy, especially for those personalities and codes that are UNLIKE you.
In this course, you will:
- Define the 4 B.A.N.K.™ personality types and the 12 values associated with each one.
- See why opposites attract and attack, and how to turn that around.
- Communication pitfalls for opposite codes, and communication pitfalls for the same codes.
- In parenting, learn the developmental stages, and understand how a child’s BANKCODE manifests in each stage.
- Identify at least 3 communication and connection tips for each of the 4 personality types for dating and relationships, parenting, and all your personal and professional friendships.
- Engage in role play to practice communicating to specific BANKCODES.

Mark Shuler, President and CPO (Chief People Officer) of The Shuler Group has a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and he has thousands of hours coaching and training in multiple industries.
