Power Scripting is the third level of training in the B.A.N.K. System. Level 1 Fundamentals in Sales/Relationships gives you the foundation to understand the four B.A.N.K. types; Level 2 Speed Coding trains to you how to spot the characteristics of each code in people we interact with.
Think of it like learning a language… Fundamentals teaches you vocabulary. Speed Coding teaches you the culture of the language. It’s Power Scripting that allows you to become fluent in the language… in this case, four different languages – the language of each of codes: Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge.
Level 3 training Power Scripting teaches you how to communicate with the different codes verbally as well as in all your marketing and sales copy… from website to flyers to presentations to proposals to emails and more.
In the power scripting course you will:
- Understand the three pillars of the sales process: Communication, Negotiation, and Closing the Sale.
- Learn the 3 C’s of the B.A.N.K. language and memorize the key characteristics of each Code, and then engage in exercises to anchor them in.
- Unlock the secrets of the Power Scripting Formulas and build your strategy to develop your own Power Scripts that are specific to your company and products.
- Apply your new understanding of the B.A.N.K. Triggers and write five1-minute scripts: one for each of the B.A.N.K. Personality Types, and one for all four codes combined.
- Deliver your scripts verbally, several times, to your peers and receive immediate feedback to improve your scripts and receive personal scores for each round.

Dawn Shuler is CEO and CAO (Chief Action Officer) of The Shuler Group.

Mark Shuler, President and CPO (Chief People Officer) of The Shuler Group has a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and he has thousands of hours coaching and training in multiple industries.
Mark brings his diverse background as a teacher, trainer, therapist, stage combat choreographer, actor, photo journalist, and more to The Shuler Group.
As a stage combat choreographer, he has had to assess the situation, identify the crucial elements, create a plan, and get everyone working together toward a common goal, whether a complex battle scene or involved altercation. He applies this same template to corporations and organizations where it is necessary for many elements to work together to achieve an integrated and powerful result.
Mark has also worked with law enforcement, where the emphasis was on a strong and effective command presence, problem-solving, and de-escalating situations, while also observing officer safety.
Today, Mark specializes in helping people improve their relationships, communicate effectively, work together as a team toward a common goal, and connect with others in their own language.
As a Level 3 Licensed Certified Trainer for B.A.N.K.™, Mark trains and works with individuals and corporations to help them increase sales, improve communication, and create thriving relationships.
