Mark Shuler, President and CPO (Chief People Officer) has a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and he had a private therapy practice for over twenty years, with over 8,000 hours providing group and individual therapy, and many thousands of hours teaching and training in multiple venues.  As a Level 2 Licensed Certified Trainer with BANKCODE, Mark trains and works with individuals and corporations to help them increase sales, improve communication, and create thriving relationships.



Dawn Shuler, CEO and CAO (Chief Action Officer) has been working with business and communication all her life, from teaching English to working with companies to improve their communications and marketing. As a business coach and consultant since 2005, she helps her clients solidify their brand and message, create effective systems and processes, strategize marketing launches and campaigns, and ensure an appropriate, consistent communication and customer service throughout the organization. She has over 1,200 hours of coaching individuals, department staffs, and small business teams.  Dawn is a Licensed Trainer with BANKCODE.  In addition, she is also a coach for the popular local Piranha Tank show (similar to Shark Tank), where she has successfully coached entrepreneurs to get funding from investors.
